Roles and Responsibilities

Product:Temporal Artery Thermometer (World’s Most Accurate Thermometer) – Made in
USA & Bio-Chemistry Analyzer [2 Positions]

Description-Thermometer sales:

1.
Spearhead a separate division ofThermometer salesin the Region.
2.Setting up a distribution channel for Sales of Temporal Scanner Thermometers which
is a world class patented products with very high accuracy.
3.Responsible for sales in entire region.
4.Promoting the thermometer in Pediatrics and Oncology.
5.Conducting product training and demonstration for distributors, nurses and doctors.
6.Working as a single point of contact in the Region for training and technical know-
how.
7.Supporting team to sell and promote the thermometer.
8.Managing a team and taking daily reporting for progress.
9.Carrying out hospital marketing activities like camps, CMEs and meetings to promote
the product.
10.Supporting distributors with their daily issues and helping them improve their
business.
11.Managing business of territory and ensuring Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales goal
achievement.
12.Reporting to: VP – Sales & Marketing.
13.Planning Sales and Marketing activities in the territory to promote the product
aggressively.

Description-Sales of Biochemistry Analyzers:
1. Spearhead a separate division of Biochemistry Analyzers in the Region.
2. Setting up a distribution channel for Biochemistry Analyzer and its Re-agents.
3. Responsible for sales in entire region.
4. Promoting the product in Pathology Labs – Standalone and Hospitals.
5. Conducting product training and demonstration for distributors, lab attendants and
doctors.
6. Working as a single point of contact in the Region for training and technical know-
how.
7. Supporting team to sell and promote the Bio-Chemistry Analyzers.
8. Managing a team and taking daily reporting for progress.
9. Carrying out hospital marketing activities like camps, CMEs and meetings to promote
the product.
10. Supporting distributors with their daily issues and helping them improve their
business.
11. Managing business of territory and ensuring Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales goal
achievement.
12. Reporting to – “National Product Manager”.
13. Planning Sales and Marketing activities in the territory to promote the product
aggressively.


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 7-10 Years
Field:Pediatrics/ Oncology/IVD/ POC Diagnostics
Education:B. Pharma / Biomedical Engineering/ Related Experience in Medical Sales
Industry.
