Roles and Responsibilities
Wealth Manager for our Wealth & Asset Management division- who would offer financial advice and services to clients that will assist them in their financial endeavor's.
Locations: Mumbai, Nariman Point
Scope of Role:
–Responsible to identify and cultivate prospects and/or client needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options
–Should Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities
–Should Leverage the organization’s relationship with existing clients by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives
–Assists in the development and launching of new products
–Ensure that the product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation and opportunity
–Works closely with the Sr. team members to further develop sales opportunities
–Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization
–Should have good presentation skills, and an understanding of customer relations tactics
–Collection of documents from the clients and effective Relationship Management
–Ensuring all queries / issues of the clients are resolved promptly and ensure no grievances are raised
–Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
–Resolving complaints and issues efficiency and in a timely manner
–Should Leverage the organization’s relationship with existing clients by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives
–Ensure that the product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation and opportunity
–Works closely with the Sr. team members to further develop sales opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge & Skills Required
–Post graduate with relevant work experience in Banking/NBFC, Investment/Wealth Management or Financial Services is preferred
–Should have the ability to explain complex information, be confident, and have good sales and negotiation skills
–Should have superior knowledge of wealth management, good presentation skills, and an understanding of customer relations tactics
–Excellent Inter personal skills and ability to work across departments and ability to drive results without hierarchical reporting
–Need to have good communication skills, be very approachable and should have the ability to maintain good rapport with Clients and all stakeholders
