Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description of Sales Officer / Sr. Sales Officer / Territory Manager


  • Appointing New Influential dealers and POS ( Point of Sales) in the territory.

  • Managing relationship with existing dealer and driving business and helping them

achieve company goals.

  • Identifying 100 to 200 villages in the surrounding area of 50 km of that appointed dealer.

  • Visiting Villages/towns in surrounding areas on a daily basis meeting Farmers / Dairy farm owners and educating them about Deheus cattle feed/ animal nutrition products.

  • Meeting 8-10 farmers on a daily basis and converting them generates demand for the company.

  • connecting customers/farmers to local POS (Point of sales)/Retailers or dealers to buy the feed.

  • Doing Farmer activities /farmers meet.

  • Achieving Sales targets



Salary/ CTC:- Fixed Salary +TA+DA+Incentives + Annual Bonus + Life Insurance + Family Health Insurance

UG:Graduation Not Required
