Sr. UI/UX Designer' Mohali

Roles and Responsibilities

Leading provider of innovative IT solutions and services for clients worldwide. Our focus
is on creating user-centric and visually appealing applications tailored to the unique
requirements of each client. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced
UI/UX Designer to join our team in Chandigarh/Mohali and help us design intuitive
applications for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
–Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to
understand product requirements, target audience, and user needs.
–Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively
communicate design ideas and validate concepts.
–Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and
desktop applications.
–Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for
improvement and optimize the user experience.
–Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies,
incorporating them into your designs.
–Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to
ensure consistency across all company products.
–Present design concepts and deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders,
incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary.
–Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of
designs and maintain design quality throughout the development process

Desired Candidate Profile

–06 Yrs of proven exp in UI/UX design, preferably in the IT services sector
–Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating user-centered design solutions for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
–Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
–Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, Marvel, or similar.
–Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
–Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
–Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
–Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
–Passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
