—Developing, testing, and maintaining SQL databases and interfaces

—Writing and implementing SQL queries and scripts to support data management need

—Working closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the data is accurate and the interface design is user-friendly, intuitive, and optimized

—Troubleshooting and resolving issues with SQL databases and interfaces

—Providing support to other members of the development team

—Helping build custom APIs and digest external APIs for data import and export

—Communicating to executives about possible solutions

—Using SQL Queries and logical analysis to analyze and document existing, undocumented data models and business rules

—MS-SQL, including writing and testing queries and stored procedures

—Database design, including schema design and data modeling

—Interface development support, including user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) development

—XML and JSON Experience

—Software development best practices, such as agile methodologies and version control —Working well in a team environment and adapting to new technologies and tools as needed

—Business understanding, including a general understanding of Real Estate

—CRM Understanding and Experience

—AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS a plus

—The professional would be required to communicate directly with the Client Manager in Overseas projects

—Strong Verbal and written communication skills required
