Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The person will support the HR department based in UK with sending, receiving and chasing employee reference requests and maintaining records by updating the HR Database.

Responsibilities and duties:

–Reference Check of employees

–Maintain records of employee reference requests sent, received (soft and hard copies)
–Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
–Maintain & Updating the Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS report
–Assist in the file work for employees and related documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

–A highly motivated fresher/ Minimum 1 year experience

–Candidate with exposure to MNC HR Operations will be preferred
–Excellent command of the English Language, both spoken and written
–PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
–Excellent accuracy and time-management skills

–Candidate should be open for Time Zone- 11:30am to 08:30pm IN Summer’s and 12:30pm to 09:30pm in winters
–No cab facility
