Roles and Responsibilities

–Develop strategies and managing marketing campaignsto ensure that our products and services meet customer’s expectations and to build the credibility of brand.
Organize ground events for networking with prospective customers
Conduct competitions for product promotion and empowerment of farmers and local shop owners
Competitor analysis & customer profiling
Analyzed data using analytical tools to track growth, sales volume resulting in implementation of a strong system for employee evaluation and customer segmentation
–Create innovative online and offline marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness

–Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends

–Communicate with industry professionals via social media & Physical meets to create a strong network

–Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs


Desired Candidate Profile

Min 3+ years of social media management experience.

Education Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of latest social media practices and technologies
The Professional must be proficient and efficient in communicating directly with the Overseas team
