Roles and Responsibilities
–The Corporate Communication Executive/Manager is responsible for handling the Corporate Communications function in the Marketing Team of PINC which includes implementation of Internal Communication and PR/media to drive business growth.–Build and maintain a network of media allies in print and online media to lay the groundwork for the successful pitching of news articles and features of our organizations position on key risk issues and industry thought leader.
–Proactively engage with journalists across different key verticals & secure balanced coverage across these. Managing the PR agency to deliver the above objectives.
–Plan, organize and seek for opportunities including media interviews, roundtables and events, to scale up media coverage with each topic to expand the firm’s visibility.
–Manage reputational issues and crisis communications. Anticipate, prepare for, and implement responses to crisis situations, or other situations where there is a risk of damage to the firm’s reputation.
–To formulate and execute Internal Communications strategy and Communication Collaterals Management (such as Corporate PPTs, Annual Reports, Culture Document Newsletters etc). This includes communication of Company’s policies, updating of company’s websites and contributing to company’s internal publications.
–Work closely with Leadership Team (such as CEOs, Directors etc) to position them as KOLs both internally and externally.
–Work on the Employer Brand to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Desired Candidate Profile
–Have a Post Graduate Degree in Communications/ English Literature.–Wear multiple hats of a writer, project manager, creative thinker, storyteller, and communication/marketing expert.
–Be collaborative, passionate, high energy, organized, detail-oriented, and able to distill complex messages from raw facts and figures.
–Have ability to think laterally and creatively, superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the organization.
–Focus on the client, deliver results, build relationships, and exercise sound judgment.
