–Must have good exposure in IT infrastructure and service[Hardware & infrastructure].

–Basic knowledge of Windows Server Administration
–Exp in Windows Server 2k10, 2k12,2k16 and Windows 10, 11

–Managing of Active Directory, DNS, Domain Controller, DHCP Server, Raid, Terminal Services, FTP Servers, IIS, ILO

–Hardware/Software Configuration/ Installation and troubleshooting

–Configuration and managing of VPN, firewall system.

–Good Knowledge of Networking, Sharing/Permission of folders, Network Printers, Print Servers

–Supporting in house as well as remote site users for their daily routing issues with their PC

–Basic Knowledge of cloud

–Any Graduate/ Computer Science Background/ Equivalent training/experience.

–Good to have [MCSE or CCNA]

–Must have 4-5 years relevant experience.

–Ability to work independently

–Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
