Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying the right candidates as per the client’s requirement and responsible to handle end to end recruitment
- responsible to Handle the Junior, Middle, Senior and Top Level recruitments.
- Screening and short listing suitable profiles against the requirement
- Negotiate on salary, designation and date of joining with candidates, if required
- Coordinating with Clients for feedback and rolling out of offer letters.
- Follow up with the offered candidates till they join the organization
- Familiarity with sourcing Strategies such as job Portals, also good sourcing skills using Networking, headhunting or picking up specific candidates if require.
- Maintaining own database of candidates in diaries & with remarks.
- To fill daily MIS & Interview Schedule.
- Maintaining discipline & healthy environment in organization.
- Existing Client management for feedbacks, revenue push & relationship building.
- Managing team of 1 to 2 members- driving & motivating them to achieve their goals.
- Supporting them in execution of task, leading them thru you own example from the Front.
- Providing necessary training program of required skill sets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- We are looking for Full time Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Excellent communication skills
- 1 to 4 years of experience in IT hiring
- Good experience of using LinkedIn & job portals
- Must have: Own laptop, Good Internet connectivity, Power Backup
PG:Post Graduation Not Required
