Roles and Responsibilities

Project Manager will be responsible for managing all critical aspects of Project Implementation. The position involves working closely with several stakeholders including the Client IT & Business Partners, Client assigned Systems Integrators, Internal Team members from the Implementation & Engineering Teams as well as the Senior Management overseeing the implementation.


Experience required:

  • 4-8Years of total experience out of which minimum 2+ years experience in Project Management.
  • 4-9People should have working experience in the IT/Software services domain. People working with similar domain web/app development companies will be preferred.

Desired knowledge and skills

1. Working Knowledge of Project Management principles is essential

2. Working in a multiple projects environment with teams and customers across various geographical regions

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with an ability to effectively engage with business, management and IT stakeholders

4. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio

5. Passion for excellence and attention to details is required

6. Agile methodology experience in Product Oriented organization is a plus

7. Working experience in People/Team Management

Good to have skills

1. Person with developer or technical background/experience would be preferred.

2. Any Project Management Certification

Functional details of the Position

1. Will be the key Point of Contact for the client

2. Manage client expectations w.r.t. Scope, quality and timelines

3. Define scope of work and develop work breakdown structure

4. Assign tasks to team members and follow-up through to completion

5. Develop effort and cost estimates

6. Follow defined implementation process methodology

7. Develop and manage schedules

8. Identify and manage risks

9. Manage issues and take corrective actions

10. Manage integrated change control process

11. Communicate with the Team

12. Client requested features which need to be developed at a project level

13. Negotiating Timelines for Product Features

14.ProjectLimitations

15. Track client reported issues; conduct root cause analysis

16. Conduct Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning & Retroactive Meetings

17. Maintain client specific change request backlogs

18. Manage and track project budget

19. Deliver as per the agreed implementation schedule

20.Projectcommunications and weekly status report (internal & external)
