Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Procurement of RM Material like Maize, Bajra, Barley, Rice Kanni, Wheat, Soya Doc, Mustard [Cake, Seed, Doc] Dorb, Rice D.D.G.S, Cotton (cake, Seed, Doc), Wheat Bran, Rice Bran, Molasses, Malt Sprout, Urad Churi, Full Fat Soya
2. Procurement of Cattle feed Medicine & Packing Materials.
3. Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan
4. Provide MIS report to Management about transactions made against each category
5. Follow up on orders to ensure the timely delivery of material.
6. Manage inventory in grain yard/store.
7. Prepare the comparative chart for each &every materials.
8. Closely monitor all deliveries for materials or goods.
9. Maintain recorded of goods ordered and received.
10. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase order for supplies and equipment.
11. Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
12. Prepare reports every month average rate of chicks.
13. Liaison with finance department for timely payment of bills.
14. Control purchase department budgets.
15. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
16. Resolves vendor or contractor grievances and claims supplier
