1. Own the content strategy & roadmap for Company corporate website and other product/brand sites.
2. Manage a network of writers and agencies to produce content across all channels - social, blog, website and more.
3. Skilled at review and editing of content
4. Will own up planning and execution of the editorial calendar.
5. Monitor analytics to measure the effectiveness of our content strategy.
6. Execute content creation for marketing programs, SEO, brand campaigns, email marketing and digital marketing.
7. Collaborate with all other marketing functions - Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand etc on their Content needs.
8. Catalyst and Coordination for content generation through various internal departments & team members.
9. Social media marketing & strategy for Company different services and products sites.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 5+ years of experience in content writing and marketing
2. 2+ years experience of managing content teams
3. Experience working with technical leads, project managers to plan & create content.
4. Passion for all forms of content writing and communication
5. Excellent communications skills, an eye for detail user experience, and design
6. Experience with content formats like white papers, guides, PDFs, video, podcasts, and social media reels / posts etc.
7. A player coach who can groom other writers and also produce good content themselves
8. Excellent project management skills to ensure collaboration with other team members is transparent and effective.
9. Strong video creating, story scripting, production support skills
10. Candidates with some background in journalism or media will be preferred
