Roles and Responsibilities
1. Developing strategies and managing marketing campaignsacross all platforms (print, broadcast and social media) to ensure that our products and services meet customer’s expectations and to build the credibility of brand.
2. Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
3. Brand strategy, including the following of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
4. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media & Physical meets to create a strong network.
5. Develop, Implement and manage our social media strategy.
6. Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs.
7. Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Complete knowledge of tricity- Brands/Customer Behavior /Customer expectation from retail & Hospitality Industry
2. Min 1-5 years of social media management experience.
3. Education Bachelor's degree
4. Team handing and Leadership development
5. Knowledge of latest social media practices and technologies
6. Good Communications Skills
